Whole Grain Waffles with Yogurt

Enjoy this delicious and healthy option of whole grain waffles with yogurt for your breakfast. They are very nutritious and tasty, plus they are super easy to prepare, and the creamy yogurt and raspberry sauce adds a unique touch.

  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Yoplait® Greek yogurt with no added sugar
  • 1/2 cups agave syrup
  • 2 cups Yoplait® Greek yogurt with no added sugar, for the sauce
  • 1 cup raspberries, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups agave syrup, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups cherries, for decoration
  • 1/4 cups raspberries, for decoration

  • For the waffles, in a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, oat flour, baking powder, salt, butter, vanilla extract, eggs, Yoplait Greek Yogurt Without Added Sugar, and agave honey. Mix until well combined.
  • Heat the waffle maker, spray with cooking oil, pour in the previous mixture, and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked.
  • For the sauce, blend the Yoplait® Greek Yogurt without sugar with the raspberries, agave honey, and ground cinnamon.
  • Serve the waffles with the yogurt sauce and decorate with fresh cherries and raspberries.
