5 kilos smoked turkey, one piece
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 can canned pineapple
2 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons mustard

Thaw the turkey in the refrigerator one day before preparation.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter, pineapple syrup, mustard, and orange juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the butter mixture evenly over the turkey.
Place the turkey inside the cooking bag and pour the remaining mixture into the bag. Seal the bag.
Bake the turkey for the time indicated on its packaging (usually between 2-3 hours).
Remove the turkey from the oven and the cooking bag, and place it on a serving platter.
