Arabian Chicken

Creamy chicken, different from the others, prepared with Greek yogurt and curry; creating a creamy and unique mixture that you won't be able to resist. It’s perfect to serve with a little Arabic bread or white rice.

  • 6 chickens
  • 1/2 liters Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • salt and pepper

  • In a pot, brown the pieces of chicken slightly.
  • Mix the yogurt with the curry in a bowl.
  • Add the yogurt and curry mixture to the chicken. If it looks too thick, add a little of the broth.
  • Let it boil and adjust the seasoning.
