Sun-dry all the ingredients for two or three days, keeping them covered to avoid contamination, or in the oven at a very low heat.
Once they are well dried, grind them together in a spice mill until it becomes a very fine powder.
Store in small glass jars with tight lids to preserve them for a long time.
