2 cloves garlic
2 sprigs fresh cilantro
2 cuaresmeño chiles, cleaned
2 leaves lettuce, washed and disinfected

Cook the pork ribs with 1 garlic clove, 1/4 onion, and salt. Reserve the broth that comes from the meat.
Blend the pumpkin seeds, lettuce, chiles, 1/4 onion, 1 garlic clove, and cilantro.
Fry the blended mixture in a pot with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Do this until it reaches a boil.
Add the meat to the mole.
