Baked Chicken with Potatoes and Bacon

An easy baked chicken recipe topped with bacon, soaked in orange juice, and baked with potatoes.

  • 1 1/2 kilos chicken thigh
  • 1/2 kilos potato
  • 1/4 kilos bacon
  • 250 milliliters orange juice
  • 20 grams butter
  • pepper, to taste

  • Grease a large baking dish with butter.
  • Place the chicken legs evenly distributed in the baking dish along with the peeled and diced potatoes.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover the chicken with the bacon and add 250 ml of orange juice.
  • Cook in the oven for 40 minutes at 180° to ensure the chicken is perfectly cooked.
