Melt half of the butter and add it to the mixture, incorporate the chicken broth, and finish seasoning with salt and pepper, being careful not to over-salt it.
Place a large piece of aluminum foil, spread the other half of the butter, put a layer of bacon that perfectly covers the surface, then a layer with the ground meat mixture, followed by a layer of ham, then the manchego cheese and cream cheese, and finally a layer of zucchini slices.
Carefully roll the meat, making sure to seal the roll very well on the sides and at the ends, so that the filling does not escape.
Seal the roll perfectly with the aluminum foil and place it in a tray in the preheated oven at 300°C for an hour and a half.
