Baked Parmesan Chicken

Parmesan-crusted chicken, parsley, and breadcrumb baked to make this low-fat recipe. This delicious chicken remains very juicy, and by combining it with Parmesan cheese and parsley, we achieve a unique chicken flavor. Drizzle these breasts with tomato sauce to make them completely irresistible.

  • 1/4 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley , finely chopped
  • 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 chicken breasts, flattened
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine bread, parsley, and cheese in a bowl and stir. Set aside.
  • Melt butter and add garlic, cooking for one minute over low heat.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dip the chicken in the butter, then into the bread and cheese mixture to coat perfectly. Arrange on a baking dish.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper, brushing the chicken with the remaining butter using a brush.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
