Barbecue Chops

A delicious recipe to enjoy an evening with friends. Ideal for watching a soccer game or for a party.

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can tomato
  • 1/2 cups white vinegar
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon piquín chile
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook the chops until browned on both sides, remove them from the pan and place them in a large baking dish.
  • Sauté the onion and garlic in the pan for 5 minutes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the sauce over the chops, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 60 minutes.
