BBQ Burgers

Treat your friends with these delicious burgers with BBQ sauce! The best part is that the meat will be very tasty and juicy thanks to Maggi® Juicy for Pan® for Burgers.

  • 800 grams ground beef, for the burger
  • 3/4 cups breadcrumbs, for the burger
  • 2 eggs, for the burger
  • 4 envelopes Maggi® Juicy Skillet® for Hamburger
  • 8 slices Manchego cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • fried onion
  • mayonnaise
  • 4 brioche bun for burger
  • potato wedges, for serving

  • For the burger meat: Add the ground beef, the breadcrumbs, and the egg in a bowl, then mix until all ingredients for the burger are integrated. Form balls the size of your hand and flatten. Set aside.
  • Take a packet of Maggi® Juicy for Pan® for Burgers, wrap a piece of meat with the packet and press to infuse the flavor. Place each of the burgers in a pan and grill over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • To assemble the burger: Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the brioche bun, place the meat, the manchego cheese, then add two tablespoons of sauce on top of the meat, sprinkle with fried onions, and close with the other side of the brioche bun. Serve the burger with BBQ sauce on a board and accompany with wedge fries.
