5 tablespoons cornstarch, for the crust
4 tablespoons flour , for the crust
7 tablespoons breadcrumbs, for the crust

350 milliliters BBQ sauce, for the sauce
300 milliliters beer , for the sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter , for the sauce
1/2 tablespoons clove powder, for the sauce
1/2 tablespoons garlic powder , for the sauce

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Clean the chicken wings and in a bowl mix with the egg.
Add cornstarch, wheat flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper, and mix.
In a baking dish, arrange the chicken wings one by one and put them in the oven for 30 minutes or until they form a golden and crispy crust.
In a blender, add BBQ sauce, beer, butter, ground cloves, garlic, and blend.
In a baking dish, place the wings after the first cooking, add the BBQ sauce with beer, and return to the oven for another 10 to 15 minutes.
To finish, on a flat plate, arrange the chicken wings with Parmesan cheese.
