Beef Patties

Delicious ground beef patties, perfect to serve with a salad or even in a tomato broth like meatballs.

  • 1/2 beef , ground
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 bags breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons oregano
  • 2 tablespoons parsley , chopped
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • oil , as needed
  • 1 romaine lettuce , washed, disinfected, and chopped
  • 3 tomatillos, sliced
  • 1 can pitted black olives

  • Mix the meat perfectly with the eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Take small portions and shape the patties.
  • Fry them in enough hot oil and remove them when they are golden brown.
  • Absorb the excess grease with paper towels.
  • Serve immediately accompanied by lettuce, tomato, and olives.
