1/2 beef , ground
3 eggs
250 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 bags breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoons parsley , chopped
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
oil , as needed
1 romaine lettuce , washed, disinfected, and chopped
3 tomatillos, sliced
1 can pitted black olives
Preparation

Mix the meat perfectly with the eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs, oregano, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Take small portions and shape the patties.
Fry them in enough hot oil and remove them when they are golden brown.
Absorb the excess grease with paper towels.
Serve immediately accompanied by lettuce, tomato, and olives.
