Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil and cook the garlic and white onion until they become transparent. Add the cilantro with the stem, the morita chili, season with salt and cumin, add the tomatillo, and cook for 10 minutes.
Incorporate the vegetable broth, let it come to a boil, and cook for 10 more minutes. Remove from heat, cool, and blend perfectly.
In a bowl, combine the shredded meat with the egg and coconut flour. Form well-compressed patties and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add coconut oil, and fry the patties until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve with the sauce.
