Beef Rolls

  • 4 beefsteaks, roll
  • 1 red bell pepper, in strips
  • 2 carrots, in strips
  • 2 zucchinis, in strips
  • 2 chayotes, in strips
  • 1 chipotle chile, blended
  • 1 evaporated milk, blended

  • Wash the vegetables and peel them.
  • Cut it into medium strips.
  • Season the meat with garlic salt.
  • Place the vegetables in the middle of the beef slices, roll them up, and use a wooden toothpick to hold them together.
  • Brown the beef pieces with the vegetables inside.
  • Let the rolls drain and then dip them into the chipotle sauce or any sauce you prefer.
  • HOW TO PREPARE THE SAUCE. Put the chipotle and evaporated milk in the blender, blend until well combined, bring to a boil and let it simmer until boiling.
