Beef Steak in Pasilla Chile

  • 1 kilo pork shoulder steak
  • 9 pasilla chiles
  • 3 ancho chiles
  • 15 grams walnuts
  • 17 grams almonds
  • 20 grams bolillo roll
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • salt and pepper

  • Soak the chiles in hot water.
  • Fry the walnuts, almonds, garlic, onion, and bread with a little oil. Blend these ingredients.
  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper and fry them; when the steak releases its juices, add the blended mixture once seasoned.
  • Grind the chiles and strain into the previous mixture.
  • Let it boil and serve hot.
