1 kilo pork shoulder steak
9 pasilla chiles
3 ancho chiles
15 grams walnuts
17 grams almonds
20 grams bolillo roll
1 clove garlic
1/4 onions
salt and pepper

Soak the chiles in hot water.
Fry the walnuts, almonds, garlic, onion, and bread with a little oil. Blend these ingredients.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper and fry them; when the steak releases its juices, add the blended mixture once seasoned.
Grind the chiles and strain into the previous mixture.
Let it boil and serve hot.
