Blend the olive oil, parsley, garlic, and salt. Marinate the beef steak for 10 minutes with the previous mixture.
Heat LALA® Butter in a medium skillet over medium heat, add the sweet potato puree and LALA® Evaporated Milk, and season for 10 minutes or until you achieve a creamy consistency.
Blend the chiles, garlic, and onion. Heat the oil in a medium skillet and fry the sauce until it thickens, season, and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over high heat and sear the beef steak until the desired doneness, about 20 minutes. Cut and serve with the puree and sauce.
