  • We add the oil to the pot and fry the finely chopped onion. When the onion takes on color, we add the spoonful of flour and stir well without letting it burn.
  • We crush the garlic clove and parsley in the mortar. We add the wine to the mortar and mix with the garlic and parsley.
  • We pour it into the pot which we will keep on low heat and stir; the alcohol from the wine will evaporate.
  • We gradually add water and stir to prevent lumps. We briefly sear the steaks in a pan with a little oil to seal them and then add them to the pot with the sauce.
  • We add the jar of mushrooms and a little water and salt. We cover and let it cook according to the pot; in my super-fast pot, they are cooked in five minutes.
  • The sauce should be slightly thick. They turn out very tasty and the sauce is delicious; they are simple to cook and quick to make.
