500 grams beefsteak, sliced (round)
1 can button mushrooms, sliced
2 chayotes, peeled in cubes and cooked
1 cube chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tomato, in cubes
1 onion, in cubes
1 cup water
1 leaf bay

Sauté the beef tips in the oil.
Add the tomato and onion.
Add the chopped garlic.
Add the chopped chayotes and let it cook.
When the chayotes are translucent, add the mushrooms, bay leaf, and chicken bouillon cube.
Let it cook for 3 more minutes and serve.
Serve with steamed broccoli.
Serve with fried rice.
