Arrachera and Hummus Burrito

A Moroccan-style burrito for lunch, the combination of the juicy meat flavor with the hummus is unmatched; you have to try it.

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 200 grams skirt steak
  • 1/2 cups lettuce, sliced
  • 1 tomato , chopped into small cubes
  • 4 tablespoons Hummus Libanius®
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, shredded
  • chipotle chile
  • salt and pepper

  • Grill the seasoned arrachera with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet, heat the tortilla on both sides.
  • Remove from heat and spread with hummus.
  • Add manchego cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
  • Cut the cooked arrachera and place it inside the tortilla.
  • Add chipotle to taste, close the tortilla like a burrito to put it back on the heat and seal it.
