2 flour tortillas
200 grams skirt steak
1/2 cups lettuce, sliced
1 tomato , chopped into small cubes
4 tablespoons Hummus Libanius®
1/2 cups Manchego cheese, shredded
chipotle chile
salt and pepper

Grill the seasoned arrachera with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, heat the tortilla on both sides.
Remove from heat and spread with hummus.
Add manchego cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
Cut the cooked arrachera and place it inside the tortilla.
Add chipotle to taste, close the tortilla like a burrito to put it back on the heat and seal it.
