Beef Asada Tacos

  • 13 corn tortillas
  • 1 kilo meat, for grilling
  • 1/2 cabbages, finely chopped
  • 1 cup pico de gallo, or salsa bandera
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 limes
  • hot sauces, to your liking

  • We marinate the meat with salt and a lemon, place it on the grill for about three minutes, flip it until it is grilled and juicy, and then chop it into cubes.
  • The avocado is blended with a pinch of salt and a little water to make the guacamole.
  • We assemble the taco with the tortilla, add the meat, then the cabbage, the salsa bandera, add the guacamole, the hot sauce to your liking, and finally the lime.
