  • 1 tablespoon soy, sliced
  • 500 grams beef tenderloin, in cubes
  • 40 milliliters sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, chopped
  • 1 red chile, in slices
  • 150 grams broccoli, cut into pieces
  • 1 carrot , peeled and cut into half-moons
  • 100 grams fresh chives, cut into pieces

  • In a wok, add the oil, garlic, carrot, beef fillet, ginger.
  • Then add the broccoli, scallions, chili, and soy sauce.
  • Adjust seasoning and add salt if necessary.
