40 milliliters sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 teaspoons ginger, chopped
1 red chile, in slices
150 grams broccoli, cut into pieces
1 carrot , peeled and cut into half-moons
100 grams fresh chives, cut into pieces

In a wok, add the oil, garlic, carrot, beef fillet, ginger.
Then add the broccoli, scallions, chili, and soy sauce.
Adjust seasoning and add salt if necessary.
Serve and garnish with sesame seeds.
