Place the 5-6 beef medallions on a flat surface, completely coat (on only one side of the medallions) with Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce and add a pinch of sea salt. Freeze.
While preparing the breading: on a flat surface, add the bread crumbs (there are some that come with cereal or quinoa, use the one you like the most), add the tablespoon of chia and green tea, and stir until the ingredients are mixed.
In another deep plate, place the 2 egg whites and beat until you achieve a thick-foamy consistency that sticks to the fork.
Prepare a large skillet with oil (it should cover the entire bottom of the pan and just a little more), and heat it over medium heat.
Meanwhile, prepare another wide surface with absorbent towels.
Take the medallions out of the freezer when the Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce is somewhat thick, dip one medallion (making sure to keep the coated side up) into the beaten egg whites, trying to wrap it all, then pass it through the breading, covering both sides, and place it in the hot oil. Once it is fried on one side; flip it (being careful not to burn it), once ready, remove and place on the absorbent paper. Serve.
