Broccoli and Beef Stir-Fry

  • 1 beef tenderloin, 200 g
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 1 árbol chile, cut into rings
  • 2 cups Eva® broccoli bits, blanched
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Marinate the lean beef for one hour in the refrigerator with sesame oil and soy sauce. Set aside.
  • Heat a deep skillet with coconut oil, add ginger, garlic, soy sauce, tree chili, add the marinated beef, cook for 4 minutes, add the broccoli, and season to taste. Serve and enjoy.
