  • Mix the ground beef with the ground pork, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs in a bowl until the ingredients are fully integrated.
  • Take a portion of meat, fill it with a piece of cheese, and close it to form a burger.
  • Completely wrap the meat with bacon slices, then freeze the meat for 15 minutes to maintain its shape while cooking.
  • Heat a grill to high temperature, sear the hamburger meat on both sides and then lower the temperature to finish cooking. Each piece of meat will take approximately 20 minutes to cook.
  • Once the meat is cooked, assemble the burger with the bread, dressings, and toppings to taste.
