Egg White Burger

  • 250 grams egg white, San Juan®
  • 1 avocado, ripe plantain
  • 1 red beefsteak tomato
  • 200 grams ground meat
  • 1/4 lettuce
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

  • Heat a skillet, using a round mold, place the egg whites and wait until they are cooked.
  • Remove the mold and cook the rest of the egg whites.
  • In a bowl, place the avocado and mix it with chopped onion.
  • Season the meat with salt and pepper and place it in the skillet with a bit of oil.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing a round egg white, lettuce, meat, a thick slice of tomato, guacamole, and finally the last layer of egg white.
