Prepare gourmet burgers like this goat cheese and spinach burger; it’s very easy to make as it requires few ingredients and follows the same procedure as a typical burger.
Mix the ground beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Shape the burgers. Divide the meat into 6 equal portions and, using damp hands, form patties that are 10 cm wide and 2 cm thick. (It is not necessary to pack the meat too tightly) Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Place the burger patties on the hottest part of the grill and cook until their internal temperature reaches 63 degrees (about 4-6 minutes on each side).
One minute before the patties are done, place the cheese on top.
Also, one minute before the meat is ready, place the bread face down on the grill to warm it (on the cooler part of the grill).
Assemble the burgers. Place the meat with melted cheese on the bread, then add the spinach and top with the other piece of bread.
