Delicious ground beef milanesa, with garlic and parsley, that can be served with vegetables and tasty red rice. Ideal for adding a special touch if you want to make delicious hamburgers.
Place the meat in a bowl, add minced garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix everything perfectly.
Take small portions and shape them into small discs, gently flattening them with your hands until they form a milanesa. Coat them in breadcrumbs on both sides and continue until the mixture is finished.
Heat the skillet over low heat and add a little oil all over the skillet (avoid using too much since the meat contains its own fat), place the milanesa in the skillet and fry until completely golden on both sides.
Once done, clean the skillet with a paper towel to remove any milanesa and grease residue. Place the milanesa back in the skillet with a piece of fresh cheese and cover for 5 minutes on low heat to finish cooking.
