1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 onions, minced
4 tablespoons parsley , finely chopped
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper

In a bowl, thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
Form 10 meatballs of a similar size.
Flatten them so they are approximately 1 cm thick.
Spray oil in the already hot skillet and cook each patty for 3 minutes on each side.
