Hamburger Meats

Homemade grandma's recipe, delicious hamburger patties that you can eat alone, with salad, or in a very gourmet burger with goat cheese and guacamole.

  • 1/2 kilos ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 onions, minced
  • 4 tablespoons parsley , finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

  • In a bowl, thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
  • Form 10 meatballs of a similar size.
  • Flatten them so they are approximately 1 cm thick.
  • Spray oil in the already hot skillet and cook each patty for 3 minutes on each side.
