Latin Burger

Mega burger, with sesame seed-covered bread, beef, mozzarella cheese, ham, tomato, onion, cabbage salad (or coleslaw as it is called in other places), and fried potatoes sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

  • 500 grams ground meat, beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 5 grams meat tenderizer
  • 25 grams flour, of amaranth
  • 7 grams onion
  • 5 grams fresh cilantro
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 6 slices deli ham
  • 60 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato, in slices
  • onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cabbages, or cabbage
  • 2 potatoes, large white
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cups vegetable oil

  • Blend the 7 grams of onion with the egg.
  • Finely chop the cilantro.
  • To make amaranth flour, grind it in a dry blender; you can add pepper and salt for better mixing.
  • From ingredient 1 to 8, mix them, make 6 balls with the meat and flatten them to make the burgers, freeze while preparing the next steps.
  • Chop the cabbage, disinfect it, drain it, and mix it with the mayonnaise, set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a deep pot, using a metal strainer inside the oil to fry the potatoes as a basket if you don't have a fryer.
  • Using a cheese grater, shred the potatoes into thin strips and fry them until crispy, set aside.
  • In a hot skillet, cook the meat, once well cooked, add a little cheese, place a slice of ham, and wait for the cheese to melt.
  • Heat the bread, slice it in half, and add the meat, then add tomato, onion, and the cabbage salad, place the fried potatoes inside the burger and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
