Master Burger

  • 400 grams ground meat, sirloin
  • 1 can canned pineapple
  • 1 tomato , thick slices
  • 1 onion, slice
  • pickles, to taste
  • 1/2 romaine lettuces
  • ketchup, to taste
  • fresh white cheese, sliced
  • burger buns
  • 2 eggs

  • Mix the meat with the eggs and season with spices like garlic salt, pepper, dried parsley, and onion powder.
  • Take a portion of meat the size you want for your burger; I recommend using an ice cream scoop to portion them all evenly.
  • Flatten them until they reach the desired thickness, remembering that the meat will thicken when cooked (make them flatter than thick). Once you have the portions ready, cook them on a grill and leave them there until you reach the desired doneness. Place the canned pineapple slices directly on the grill and cook until caramelized.
  • Lightly toast the bread and place a thick slice of white cheese on it.
  • Assemble the burger followed by a slice of pineapple. You can arrange the rest of the ingredients in any order you like.
