Mini Cheese-Stuffed Burgers

For this Father's Day, treat him to mini cheeseburgers stuffed with cheddar cheese and a crispy breading, accompanied by an easy habanero guacamole with a bit of fresh cheese. A super easy recipe thanks to the versatility of your Braun® MultiQuick 7.

  • 500 grams beef tenderloin
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce, Tabasco type
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
  • flour, for breading
  • egg, battered, for breading
  • breadcrumbs, for breading
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 avocado, for the guacamole
  • 1 Habanero chile, roasted, for the guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped for the guacamole
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, for the guacamole
  • salt and pepper, for the guacamole
  • queso fresco, crumbled for decoration
  • red onion, sliced, for decoration

  • Using the processor of your Braun® MultiQuick 777, process the beef tenderloin until you achieve a fine cut.
  • In a bowl, mix the meat with the onion, parsley, garlic, hot sauce, mustard, egg, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Using your hands, form mini burgers by placing a cube of cheddar cheese in the center.
  • Bread the mini burgers by passing them through flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Fry in oil heated over medium heat until the meat is cooked and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
  • For the guacamole: using the bell of your Braun® MultiQuick 7, mash the avocado until you achieve a puree. Mix with the habanero pepper, onion, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the mini burgers with a bit of guacamole, fresh cheese, and red onion.
