My Classic Burger

This is a very easy way to prepare burgers with ingredients accessible to everyone, they turn out delicious.

  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 250 grams ground pork
  • 150 grams bacon, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • parsley, finely chopped, to taste
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Mix the ground beef, ground pork, and bacon in a bowl.
  • Add the whole egg and mustard, mix well.
  • Season with salt and add the chopped parsley.
  • Add the breadcrumbs and perfectly combine all the ingredients.
  • Take a portion of meat and form the burger to the desired size.
  • Cook in a skillet or on a grill with a little oil until well done.
