This is a very easy way to prepare burgers with ingredients accessible to everyone, they turn out delicious.

500 grams ground beef
250 grams ground pork
150 grams bacon, chopped
1 egg
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cups breadcrumbs
parsley, finely chopped, to taste
salt, and pepper to taste

Mix the ground beef, ground pork, and bacon in a bowl.
Add the whole egg and mustard, mix well.
Season with salt and add the chopped parsley.
Add the breadcrumbs and perfectly combine all the ingredients.
Take a portion of meat and form the burger to the desired size.
Cook in a skillet or on a grill with a little oil until well done.
