300 grams ground meat
1/2 onions
2 garlic
2 tablespoons mustard
2 eggs
8 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning sauce

Hydrate the soy and squeeze it. Cook the ground beef in a skillet.
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Mix the soy and ground beef in a bowl, add the onion and garlic; mix everything.
Next, add the flour, the two eggs, the mustard, and the Maggi sauce, stir evenly, and finally add the desired salt.
Preheat oil in a skillet, shape the mini burgers and place them in the oil, fry on both sides, remove from the oil, and serve.
