  • Hydrate the soy and squeeze it. Cook the ground beef in a skillet.
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  • Mix the soy and ground beef in a bowl, add the onion and garlic; mix everything.
  • Next, add the flour, the two eggs, the mustard, and the Maggi sauce, stir evenly, and finally add the desired salt.
  • Preheat oil in a skillet, shape the mini burgers and place them in the oil, fry on both sides, remove from the oil, and serve.
