Vampire Burgers

Get creative this Halloween and make these vampire burgers with your kids, which they will surely love and will be a great way to spark imagination and spend time together.

  • In a bowl, mix the meat, cilantro, onion, ketchup, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape the burgers with your hands.
  • In a skillet over high heat, heat the oil and fry each burger on both sides. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  • Cut the edges of the cheese slices with a knife into triangular shapes to simulate the vampire's teeth. Set aside.
  • Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on each bun and add lettuce, tomato, meat, and cheese, then top with the other bun.
  • Use the olives to simulate eyes and place them on the bun, use peppers for ears, and add more ketchup to simulate blood on the vampire's fangs. Enjoy.
