Burrito in baking dish

  • 3 guajillo chiles, clean and hydrated
  • 3 ancho chiles, clean and hydrated
  • 1/4 onions, grilled
  • 1 clove garlic, grilled
  • 1 cinnamon stick, grilled
  • 3 cloves, grilled
  • 3 black peppercorns, grilled
  • salt
  • 1/3 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cups water
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 kilo beefsteak, in cubes
  • 7 burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • 2 cups refried beans
  • Manchego cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups pico de gallo
  • guacamole
  • Del Valle Frut® Citrus

  • Blend the guajillo and ancho chiles, onion, garlic, cinnamon, clove, pepper, and salt until it forms a sauce.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the steak for 3 minutes. Add the marinade and cook for 5 more minutes. Set aside.
  • Arrange the flour tortillas in a greased baking dish. Spread with beans, sprinkle cheese, add the meat, add more cheese, and decorate with pico de gallo. Close the burrito with the same tortillas and bake at 180 °C for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the burrito, serve, and accompany with guacamole.
