A recipe that is easy to make and quick; it takes longer to bake than to mix everything. Its presentation as well as its flavor are magnificent; I hope you like it and it turns out fabulous.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Grease a loaf-shaped or rectangular baking dish of 30 cm in length.
In a deep bowl, put the meats and season with salt and pepper to taste, add the egg and mix with your hands. Once the egg is integrated, add all the other ingredients and mix everything together.
Place the mixture into the previously greased mold, packing it tightly to ensure it doesn't crumble when unmolding.
Bake for 1 hour and 40 minutes, depending on the height of the mold; this time is for a loaf-type mold. If it is a more extended one, it will be approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
