400 grams skirt steak, marinated
1 teaspoon oil
English sauces, to taste
refried beans
1 tomato , cut into strips
1/2 lettuce, sliced and disinfected
250 grams Manchego cheese
5 flour tortillas, For burrito
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Cut the flank steak into cubes and fry it in a pan with oil; once cooked, add the Worcestershire sauce and let it brown a bit. Set aside.
On a flour tortilla, spread refried beans to taste and on top, add a portion of flank steak, lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
Roll the tortilla to form the burritos, doing the same with the other tortillas.
In a pan, melt a little butter over low heat, place the burritos to melt the cheese, being careful to turn them so that the tortilla doesn't burn.
And let's eat!
