Flank Steak Burritos

  • 400 grams skirt steak, marinated
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • English sauces, to taste
  • refried beans
  • 1 tomato , cut into strips
  • 1/2 lettuce, sliced and disinfected
  • 250 grams Manchego cheese
  • 5 flour tortillas, For burrito
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • Cut the flank steak into cubes and fry it in a pan with oil; once cooked, add the Worcestershire sauce and let it brown a bit. Set aside.
  • On a flour tortilla, spread refried beans to taste and on top, add a portion of flank steak, lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
  • Roll the tortilla to form the burritos, doing the same with the other tortillas.
  • In a pan, melt a little butter over low heat, place the burritos to melt the cheese, being careful to turn them so that the tortilla doesn't burn.
  • And let's eat!
