Golden Beef Tacos

  • 1 kilo beef, to shred
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 3 carrots
  • 6 limes
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 small box tomato purée
  • 1 sachet fidelini pasta
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 3 tomatillos
  • 3 Jalapeño chiles, green
  • 1 table cream
  • 4 packages corn tortillas, thin
  • vegetable oil
  • granulated chicken bouillon

  • Cook the meat in plenty of water with the head of garlic and 2 tablespoons of Knorr Suiza and shred it when it's cooked.
  • The broth from the meat is used for normal noodle soup, with a little tomato puree.
  • On the side, cook the sauce in water with the tomatoes, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, garlic, and Knorr Suiza; then blend it.
  • In another bowl, blend the avocados, cilantro, and jalapeño peppers with the Clavel milk to make a dip.
  • Cook the potatoes in small cubes, just with a little salt and oil; once cooked, mix them with the shredded meat.
  • Now, place a tablespoon of meat with potatoes in each tortilla and fry them in plenty of oil until they are golden brown.
  • Set the golden tacos, soup, dip, limes, grated carrots, chopped lettuce, and crema on the table, so each person can add the other ingredients to their tacos.
