Ground Beef and Vegetables

The picadillo is delicious, made with ground beef and vegetables, becoming a very versatile dish; serve it with toast and cream.

  • 4 Roma tomatoes
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1 cube Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 cups carrot, cooked in cubes
  • 1/2 cups peas, cooked

  • Blend the tomato, the piece of onion, the garlic, and the water. Strain and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a wide pot and fry the chopped onion with the meat until golden.
  • Pour the blended tomato broth, the Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth cube, and let it boil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until seasoned.
  • Add the vegetables, mix, and let it cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve.
