  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1/4 cups potato flakes
  • 3 tablespoons chipotle mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon parsley , finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • breadcrumbs

  • Mix the ground beef, potato flakes, chipotle mayonnaise, parsley, cumin, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper until you have a homogeneous and well-integrated mixture.
  • Place a portion of the mixture on plastic and spread it out. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Bread the meat on both sides and set aside.
  • Heat the oil and fry for 3 minutes on each side. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
  • Serve the milanesa and accompany with salad.
