1 kilo flour
1/2 kilos vegetable shortening
1 beer, gradually
500 grams ground meat
1/2 onions, finely chopped
100 grams olives, finely chopped
vegetable oil
Preparation

Low
Sift flour into a bowl.
Add lard and begin to knead.
Incorporate the beer gradually until the dough is unified and let it rest.
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Roll out the dough and cut out circles of the desired size.
Sauté the finely chopped onion until transparent, add the olives and the meat. Once the meat is well cooked, remove from heat.
Fill the dough circles with the meat and close each empanada.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve.
