100 grams button mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cups vegetable oil
1/4 cups water
500 grams ground beef, you can combine it with pork

Boil the potatoes and carrots with salt.
Sauté the onion and mushrooms in a pan with oil.
Then add the seasoned meat with salt and fry until browned.
Chop the potatoes and carrots. Place them with the other ingredients and let them sauté for a few minutes.
Finally, blend the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and water. Pour it into the pan and let the sauce boil for a few minutes.
And it's ready to be served.
