  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 potatoes, medium
  • 3 carrots
  • 100 grams button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 500 grams ground beef, you can combine it with pork

  • Boil the potatoes and carrots with salt.
  • Sauté the onion and mushrooms in a pan with oil.
  • Then add the seasoned meat with salt and fry until browned.
  • Chop the potatoes and carrots. Place them with the other ingredients and let them sauté for a few minutes.
  • Finally, blend the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and water. Pour it into the pan and let the sauce boil for a few minutes.
  • And it's ready to be served.
