Christmas Pasta Filled with Minced Meat

  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 2 potatoes, in cubes
  • 1 onion, minced meat
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 150 grams tomato, 150 grams
  • 1/4 cups green olives
  • 3 tablespoons tomato purée
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 carrots, in cubes
  • 24 pasta, in large shell shapes

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté the onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes in oil for 2 minutes.
  • Add the meat and cook for 1 more minute.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and cook until boiling.
  • Cover the skillet and reduce to low heat, cook for 25 minutes or until the meat is well cooked.
  • Boil the pasta in water until cooked.
  • Wait for the pasta to cool and fill with the minced meat.
  • Garnish to taste.
