1/2 kilos ground beef
1 kilo corn tortillas
salt, and pepper to taste
2 tomatillos, chopped
ground garlic, to taste
1 carrot, in cubes
onion powder, to taste
vegetable oil

Season the ground meat with salt and ground garlic.
In a separate bowl, finely chop the chili, tomato, carrot, onion, and cilantro.
Mix the vegetables with the meat.
In each tortilla, place a bit of the mixture and roll it up into a taco shape, inserting a toothpick in the middle of the taco to hold it together.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown and drain on paper towels to remove excess grease. Serve.
