200 grams ground meat, beef
1 tomato , seedless chopped
1/8 onions, finely chopped
2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
1 bell pepper , cut into thin strips
30 milliliters vegetable oil
3 pinches salt
1 pinch ground pepper
Preparation

Fry the ground beef with a tablespoon of oil and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the egg with the tomato, onion, and chili, and add to the fried meat to combine the two preparations, being careful not to overcook the egg.
