  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams ground meat, beef
  • 1 tomato , seedless chopped
  • 1/8 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper , cut into thin strips
  • 30 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
