Ground beef tacos

In this case, I bring you the recipe for tacos filled with ground beef, which can perfectly be served for lunch. They are super quick and delicious.

  • 1/2 kilos ground beef
  • 1 kilo corn tortillas
  • california (anaheim) chili peppers
  • green onions
  • salt
  • 2 tomatillos, chopped
  • ground garlic
  • fresh cilantro

  • Season the ground beef with salt and garlic powder.
  • On the side, finely chop the chili, tomato, onion, and cilantro.
  • Mix the vegetables with the meat and place some of this mixture in the tortillas.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden, forming folded tacos.
  • Remove and let drain on paper towels.
