Picadillo Burrito in Green Sauce, Mexican Rice, and Beans.

This is an excellent recipe to recycle your leftover picadillo from the day before. Fill your picadillo burritos and serve them with some Mexican rice and refried beans, there's nothing tastier!

  • 8 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
  • 400 grams ground meat
  • 1/8 onions, finely chopped
  • 5 tomatillos, cooked
  • 1/4 bunches fresh cilantro
  • 50 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 200 grams rice, made the Mexican way
  • 200 grams beans, cooked and without broth
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches ground pepper

  • Fry the ground meat and when it is well browned, add the blended green tomato along with the cilantro.
  • Season with salt and pepper and cook until the tomato sauce loses some of its liquid.
  • Mix the rice and beans, heat, and set aside.
  • Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® and add green picadillo, rice with beans, and wrap.
