1 container tomato purée
2 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons onion, chopped
400 grams ground beef
1 potato , cut into cubes
1 carrot , cut into cubes
1 leaf bay
1 tomato
1 clove garlic
3/4 cups water
1 zucchini , cut into cubes

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onion.
Add the potatoes, zucchini, and carrots. Fry for 2 min.
Brown the ground meat until it takes on a slightly golden color and separates well.
Blend the tomato with the water and garlic. Strain and pour into the pot with the meat.
Add the tomato purée.
Let it cook for 10 more minutes on low heat with the bay leaf.
