Once these ingredients are chopped, fry them in a pan with olive oil, leaving on high heat for 3 minutes, then add water and stir constantly to mix flavors and ingredients.
Add 2 beef stock cubes, lower the temperature, and let this preparation rest for 5 minutes.
On a plate, baste the cow boy on both sides and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Place the cow boy on the preheated grill (220°C).
Constantly baste the top side with the previously made mixture.
Leave the cow boy on the grill for 5 minutes, turn it over, and continue basting the already cooked side.
After 10 minutes of grilling the cow boy and basting both sides, remove it from the heat and let it rest for 3 minutes to concentrate the flavors.
Plate with a side of cherry tomatoes and 1 sprig of rosemary for decoration.
