Juicy Grilled Cow Boy

  • 600 grams meat, cow boy
  • 50 grams white onion
  • 30 grams parsley
  • 10 grams garlic
  • 5 grams rosemary
  • 2 cubes beef broth
  • 50 milliliters olive oil
  • 100 milliliters water

  • Finely chop the onion, garlic, parsley, and rosemary.
  • Once these ingredients are chopped, fry them in a pan with olive oil, leaving on high heat for 3 minutes, then add water and stir constantly to mix flavors and ingredients.
  • Add 2 beef stock cubes, lower the temperature, and let this preparation rest for 5 minutes.
  • On a plate, baste the cow boy on both sides and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Place the cow boy on the preheated grill (220°C).
  • Constantly baste the top side with the previously made mixture.
  • Leave the cow boy on the grill for 5 minutes, turn it over, and continue basting the already cooked side.
  • After 10 minutes of grilling the cow boy and basting both sides, remove it from the heat and let it rest for 3 minutes to concentrate the flavors.
  • Plate with a side of cherry tomatoes and 1 sprig of rosemary for decoration.
