Lasagna with Pita Bread and Hummus

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • For the filling, in a medium skillet, cook the bacon until it releases its fat and add the onion. Cook for a few minutes, then add the garlic and the meat.
  • Add the serrano chili and cook along with the soy sauce, lime juice, pickled vegetables; season with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme. Cook until the liquid reduces.
  • Assemble the lasagna in a baking dish, placing pita bread, a bit of original Libanius hummus, the meat filling, and Manchego cheese. Repeat until completely filled and gratin in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese melts. Decorate with chili and oregano, serve.
